Requirements:

As a part-time evening Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and support a small team of evening cleaning staff at a medical facility
• Set the tone each shift by ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and completed on time
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, exam rooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and biohazard waste per facility protocols
• Restock supplies, including soap, paper towels, and liners
• Monitor team performance and ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or staffing needs to management
• Uphold all healthcare cleaning regulations and company safety standards

Additional Requirements 

• 3+ years of janitorial experience in a commercial or medical/healthcare setting
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Natural leader with the ability to guide and motivate a small team
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable being on your feet and physically active throughout your shift

Schedule

• Location: Williamsburg, VA
• Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Hours: Part-time evening position
