Job Description:

As Senior Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind our daily cleaning operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of commercial cleaning professionals
• Conducting daily team briefings to set priorities and performance expectations
• Managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
• Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and staffing across multiple sites
• Implementing and monitoring quality control systems to ensure consistent service delivery
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and developing process improvements
• Ensuring full compliance with healthcare cleaning regulations and safety standards
• Leveraging technology and software tools to streamline janitorial operations
• Reporting operational metrics and performance updates to company leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of senior management experience in a related field
• Significant background in commercial cleaning, facility management, or janitorial services
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable results
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and clients
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Proficiency with technology tools used to manage and streamline operations
