Welcome to my Real Estate journey! I'm Sally Sheard, a dedicated REALTOR© with Liz Moore & Associates, passionate about turning houses into homes and making dreams come true. My venture into real estate began in 2016, fueled by the thrill of entrepreneurship and a desire for constant learning.

Before stepping into the dynamic world of real estate, I spent a decade working with various faith-based nonprofits. Armed with a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, I bring a unique perspective to my real estate endeavors. I am not just selling homes but actively seeking ways to utilize my skills and knowledge to benefit the community.

Originally hailing from Missouri, my journey to the Hampton Roads area was a love story in itself. After spending 3.5 years in a long-distance relationship with my now-husband, Mark, who was based in Newport News, I made the bold move across the country to start our new life together. Mark's persistence paid off, and the Hampton Roads area has become our home. I'm committed to the long haul here in Hampton Roads. From the sun-soaked beaches to the proximity to our nation's capital and the majestic mountains, Hampton Roads truly has something for everyone.
