We will conduct a mock negotiation of key subcontract provisions for federal projects addressing the most commonly negotiated clauses to hopefully avoid future disputes. Join Terry Murphy and Chuck McPhillips for information that will help you negotiate subcontracts on federal projects, no matter which side of the table you are on.
