Business After Hours-The Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula

The Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula is pleased to host the Business After Hours networking event at our new facility located at 2401 Aluminum Ave., Hampton.  Because of the generous support from our community friends, the Foodbank distributed approximately 9.7 million pounds of food to over 120,000 individuals this past fiscal year ending June 30th, in support of hunger relief. The Foodbank's service area consists of Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Williamsburg, James CIty County, Gloucester, Matthews, Surry and York.

The mission statement of The Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula is to distribute food effectively through collaborative efforts that minimize hunger and promote nutrition and self-reliance through education.
