DESCRIPTION:You are invited to attend\n\nU.S. Senatorial Business Roundtable\n\n \n\nAn Opportunity to Provide Input into Proposed Legislation Affecting Small Business \n\n\n\nYou are invited to attend a U.S. Senatorial Business Roundtable with Senator Mark R. Edwards to learn about and to provide feedback into Senator Warner's legislation to reduce red tape and improve the way Washington does business.\n\n\n\nSenator Warner is the Chairman of the Budget Committee's Task Force on Government Performance a bi-partisan effort to improve the operations of the federal government. Last year\, Senator Warner led the development and passage of the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010. In July\, Senator Warner introduced the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA) which will create consistent financial data standards for all government reporting and has the goal of reducing reporting requirements for recipients of federal funds. In the fall\, Senator Warner will introduce "Regulatory PAY-GO" legislation to change the incentive structure in federal agencies to reduce the growing regulatory cost burdens for businesses.\n\n\n\nHere is your opportunity to be a part of the solution!
