Over 32 million Americans\, 14% of our population\, cannot read at all. 21% of adults read at a 5th grade level. More than 19% of our high school graduates cannot read. Promoting adult literacy across the globe\, Peninsula READS provides the tools for English speaking and reading skills alike for all adults to be more effective in their daily lives. Continual support of these endeavors has grown leaps and bounds\, particularly as more and more adults suffer from illiteracy and genuinely seek assistance.
