The cost to attend is FREE!\n\n \n\nJennifer Fogle\, owner of Urban Wellness Massage is a Licensed & Certified Massage Therapist who takes great pride in the practice of Massage Therapy and fully appreciates the healing benefits it provides. "Massage is an important part of health and wellness. It enhances the healing process and it is an accepted medical modality\; it isn't just for pampering". Jennifer takes an active role in her community by participating as a volunteer in local running events that support various causes and is also an active member of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. In addition\, she is a Sergeant in the Virginia Army National Guard and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2009-2010).
