According to a recent survey by SHRM\, roughly 48% of HR respondents claimed their organizations have experienced a workplace violence incident at least once. To help HR and organizational leaders address this threat\, Peninsula SHRM will host a panel of subject matter experts to show organizations how they can strategically employ a comprehensive approach to tackling workplace violence.
