DESCRIPTION:The 18th Annual Mayflower Marathon is the largest food and fund drive to help fill the shelves at the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank for the holiday season so that our neighbors in need\, who silently struggle with hunger\, will have the gift of a meal.\n\n\n\nGet your friends\, family and co-workers together and join in the fight against hunger by coordinating a food drive and bringing the donations to the event.\n\n\n\nYour favorite on-air personalities from 106.9 The Fox and FM99 WNOR will be on site reaching out to their listeners asking for support by making  a donation to help feed hungry families.  Monetary donations\, frozen turkeys\, and non-perishable can goods are all needed. Giving has never been so easy!  All you have to do is drive through and give what you can.
